How important is the study of Geography in terms of:

1. Citizenship – We need to study Geography in terms of citizenship to understand the worldwide

mutual dependence between counties because on what I remember on our previous discussion

there is no country that can achieve complete self-sufficiency.

2. Economics – We need to study Geography in terms of Economics because there is no country that

can achieve complete self-sufficiency. Like when it comes to trading we must know what country

it that, what is the best product they can offer. The capacity to distribute goods is affected by the

distances and challenging circumstances. Climate may also have an impact on the types of goods

and services that people desire. We must know and develop the importance of knowing one`s

location.

3. History – We need to study Geography in terms of History to understand the past, the significant

roles that Geography played in the development of individuals, their views and etc. To understand

more why were like this and what are the possible things that will happen in the near future.

4. Environment – We need to study Geography in terms of environment to understand fundamental

physical phenomena that impact daily lives like the earth and sun relationships, water sources,

wind and ocean and many more. In addition, we may describe how does the earth transformed by

the interaction of humans and the fundamental physical systems.
