 How to help the childrens poverty

Introduction

Being born in a poverty is a challenge in the life of the person. In our country there is a millions

of people experiencing poverty and affects our life, especially children. According to

Compassion.com, more than 40 million children are living in the Philippines, and over 12.5

million of those children, or about one in three, live in poverty.

Purpose

To inform and help the children that experiencing poverty

Description

There is so many causes of poverty that affects the children, and one of the reason is teenage

pregnancy. According to the results of the 2013 National Demographic and Health Survey

(NDHS) one in ten young Filipino women age 15-19 has begun childbearing: 8 percent are

already mothers and another 2 percent are pregnant with their first child. Teenage pregnancy is

one of the reason why it causes poverty and affects children is because teenager cant support

and take care of their children properly because they lacked financial capacity.

that’s why many children is lacked of education, begging for money in the street, and just had a

limited resources for their needs. The other effects of poverty in children is they are forced to

work for their needs, and sometimes if there is no way to earned some money,

the children will be forced to do a crime like robbering,scamming, and the worst possible

become a terrorist because they are influenced by their surroundings.

To avoid this happening we must educate the children on what is right and wrong, give them

hope and inspiration in life, that they will give their full potential of what they wanted to do in

the future and if we want to have children in having a better future, we must have a stable

work and knowledge of how things work for us. To help children in poverty, we must take an

action first in ourselves because the changes are starting for us. We created a program to help

the awareness of teenage pregnancy: seminar, that teaches all about teenage pregnancy. Kapit

kamay, Partner with bantay bata 163 that improve the quality of thier protection.
