MY REASONS WHY I ADOPT THIS HEALTHY LIFESTYLE BECAUSE I WANT TO BE A HEALTHIER THAN
BEFORE AND IWANT MY BODY TO BE PHYSICALLY FIT.I GOT MANY CHANGES IN MY SELF,I IMPROVED
MY SELF ESTEEM AND SELF CONFIDENCE AND BECAME MORE CONFIDENT TO MY SELF,I ALSO
EXPERIENCED BARRIERS THAT INTERRUPTED MY PROGRESS SUCH AS LACK OF TIME AND ENERGY.MY
EXERCISE PROGRAM WAS COMPOSED BY DIFFIRENT ACTIVITIES SUCH AS WARM UP,PUSH
UPS,SQUATS,AND JOGGING.MYULTIMATE FITNESS GOAL IS TO BECOME HEALTIER AND PHYSICALLY FIT.
