E. Project Description and Rationale
The project developed by our group is focused on the children in 2 specific
puroks here in Barangay Banago they are located at Purok lawayan baybay,
Purok bayanihan. Based on what I saw, here in barangay banago, especially
in purok lawayan baybay and purok bayanihan There are many
malnourished youth due to lack of food and lack of money. So when there is
feeding program or a program to distribute groceries and food, almost
everyone comes to get it. The project “ The unity for community project”
intends to make constant change here in the place. This project will also
encourage other people to help and share what they have to those who are in
need especially for those people who are experiencing poverty. This would
also remind people not to throw their garbage or trash anywhere especially
in the ocean because it can cause pollution.
F. Target Community/ Beneficiaries

There are lot of children in Bacolod city that lack nutrition. Children born
into poverty will most likely experience a lack of food and sanitation. Our
target location is in purok lawayan baybay and bayanihan barangay banago
bacaolod city. There are some families and children who need food. The
Project will help some families and children in banago who experienced
hunger. The project also includes a clean- up- drive in some places in
Banago.

G. Community background
 They said Banago is a dangerous place to live in. but that is not true. The
people in banago willing to welcome new people. Banago is a big baranagay
in Bacolod city, a lot of people come here to buy kinds of food such as fish.
The place Banago is also near the ocean, that’s there are a lot of fish here.

There are also some places in banago that need help. During the storm a lot
of families, The ocean are poorly affected. The group is willing to help
children or families who are experiencing a lack of food. The grould will
also help clean some of the places in barangay banago. Especially near to
ocean to make the area less dirty.

II. Project Objectives

A. General objectives

This project has a strong objective to provide the imporatance of unity as well as
to enveil the development of our community. We want to help the young children
by teaching good values, and we also want to show to other residents of barangay
banago that it is necessary to take care and improve the cleanliness of their
sorroundings. We would help inspire and educate people to share their blessings
and to participate cleanliness policy, because we beive that if the people unite there
is no hardships.

 To provide a healthy community that leads into unity.
 To give primary and pre school aged youngist a nutrional supplement
  To emphasize the program that focused to provide a feeding program to the
out of school youth
 To reduce the hazard of being infected due to polluted sorroudings.
 To Enchance and maintain the cleanliness of the environment that laso help
us as well as our nature
 To provide purity value to our community and to elevate a high
improvement to uor environment.
