1. Prepare a hole and holding pipe for dismantling.


NOTE!
Install the holding pipe as shown in the figure, do not let the hydraulic breaker fall when dismantling. Dismantling work
is very dangerous without the holding pipe.

2. Place the hydraulic breaker on the pipe so that it does not fall down.

WARNING
The parts are heavy. Take appropriate safety cautions when handling them.

3. Remove the hose cover and gas cover.

4. If auto-lubrication kit is installed, remove the auto-lubrication kit first.

5. Remove the bolts for the mounting brackets.

6. Remove the bracket with hoist and place it safely on a workbench.

7. Remove the head plate, head damper, O-ring, pad, and upper damper from the housing.

8. Remove the power unit from the housing.
NOTE!
Check that the the eye bolt well-tightened and that the sling or wire is dimensioned for lifting the weight of the power
unit.

9. Remove the shell pads and the bottom damper if necessary.
