About the LIF Technology Development
programme

The goal of the programme is to

coach and guide 19 selected LIF
Alumni in initiating technology
development collaborations with
UK and international stakeholders.

The programme will encourage

participants to engage in a range
of different types of collaborations,
including technology
development partnerships,
mentorships, sponsorships and
academic collaborations.

The programme will kick off in January 2023 with a remote

onboarding and welcome call, which will be followed by a mentoring
period (Feb - May).

With support from mentors, participants will:

• identify potential partnership opportunities and secure at least

one introductory meeting with a prospective UK partner;

• develop a clear ask for their prospective partner and a

collaboration plan;

• work on a set of key marketing materials, including a

partnership-focused pitch to support their partnership plans.
About the LIF Technology Development
programme

Finally, participants will be invited to attend a 6-day residential

in London in June 2023, which will include a showcase event for
participants to pitch their innovation projects to the wider UK
audience. In addition, participants will have the chance to attend the
London Tech Week, UK’s flagship tech event with more than 20,000
global attendees.

We will cover all participant expenses related to travel,

accommodation and meals for the UK showcase event. Please
note that we won’t be able to cover expenses related to UK Visa
applications.
