in Sumy. In 2003, he graduated with honors from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University, majoring in international law. From 2003 to 2010, he worked in the system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine in positions in the central apparatus and in the Permanent Representation of Ukraine to international organizations in Vienna. From 2010 to 2013, working in the Secretariat of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, he took care of issues of Ukraine's image abroad, international organizations, and relations with the United States. During January-June 2013, he was an adviser to the Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine on humanitarian issues.
