Object: Application for an internship as an Investment Manager intern.

Dear Sir or Madam,

As a prelude, it is a pleasure for me to be able to apply to your company.

You offer an opportunity for a 3-month internship to join the ValueInvest Global Equity team in the
expanding Luxembourg office. Strongly interested in this one, and fully available for a period of 6
months, so I allow myself to submit my application to you.

22 years old, I have training in a business school that I will achieve by obtaining my diploma in
2021. This is the result of an absolute work since my baccalaureate graduation where i ended up 6th
of the Country which allowed me to get a scholarship to Morocco where is was studying in the best
business school. Amongst the best, I obtained a free double degree program with Burgundy SB.
At this moment I’ve finished my Master Thesis whose topic is “Market Reaction to an IPO/M& A :
Long Run Abnormal Return”, in this topic I used the Fama and French model to compute the
abnormal return in France between 2010 and 2018, taking into consideration the effect of the 2007’s
crisis.

I also have several experiences in the professional world, acquired at the occasion of my training on
the one hand but partly during my internships, particularly as a Financial Analyst for BELBA
GROUPE where I had to carry out several financial analysis work as well as some financial
modelling missions. I did an internship in Financial Auditing and Advisory to familiarize myself
with all the concepts related to financial information including strategy, management, Advice on
valuation, takeover of companies, restructuring of companies and companies accounting, Auditing
and financial tools in which I was in constant contact with customers.

I have a strong interest in strategy, corporate finance, this is why in November 2019, at the head of a
team, we carried out the Peugeot SA and Fiat Chrysler merger (planned to be stellantis soon)
project as soon as the project was announced and we presented it with the presence of juries made
up of heads of Peugeot SA departments. Today, thinking about my future, I have the Bloomberg
Market Concept (BMC) certification which therefore includes the core concept, access to the
terminal and as well as the portfolio management and this allowed me to familiarize myself with the
evaluation or equity research of companies in an investment or merger situation or acquisition
added to this, I can also manage information using IQ CAPITAL and VBA. So, I am preparing for
the CFA level I certification as well as the Level II which I consider very important for a career in
Finance.

You want to find out what kind of person I am in business, it is as easy as everyone, I don't not
know everything and that is always precisely the goal of learning from others; when you request a
work that I know, I do it with passion and devotion to deliver outstanding work. However when I do
not know him, I am not afraid to show you that I have no idea but precisely my strong point is that I
know where to find this answer and I will find it by any means.

Beyond some motivation, I am rider, curious, dynamic, smiling, reliable and very palatable for
teamwork. Convinced that these qualities are essential to carry out such a mission, I hope to have
the opportunity to meet you in an interview.
