    AMENDED FINAL JUDGMENT

    In accordance with the court’s order on the parties’ post-trial motions


    (doc. 274), the court amends the final judgment (doc. 232) as follows:

    • The court ENTERS FINAL JUDGMENT in favor of Relators and


    against BJCTA on Count III in the amount of $4,315,403.22, which is
    “3 times the amount of damages which the Government sustain[ed]
    because of the act of [BJCTA].” 31 U.S.C. § 3729(a)(1)(A).

    • The court assesses civil penalties in the amount of $308,000.

    All other aspects of the court’s final judgment (doc. 232) remain the
    same.
