The problem started when my teacher has given us an assignment in group form, and everyone

had a mind of their own dealing, and I was the leader of them.

So as we know when there is leadership, so there always come conflict among the team members
and the leader must resolve them.

 Sources of conflict includes, relationship, information, communication, and interest


conflict among the team members.
 Type of conflict are Relationship and Communication.
 My role was to synergy them.
 The techniques used, first making myself calm and then listening the problem on both
sides that what is the main problem, and what could be it basics roots, taking information
from group team member, seeing the facts and looking its every angles.
 The positive way includes, making myself calm, taking myself to their perspective,
understanding their emotion to care for them. And always being there when needed, free
to ask as friend.
