107th Degree and 123rd Non-Degree Commencement Exercises

(2nd Sem., SY 2021-2022 )

Theme: Navigating the New Normal Towards Community Recovery and Sustained Resiliency
Through Quality and Responsive Education

The following guidelines must be observed:

Hybrid Baccalaureate:
1. The representatives are required to wear Sunday attire.
2. Only a few representatives from various colleges and administrative council members with
Vaccination Card will be permitted inside the venue.
3. The remaining graduates will participate in the event via Facebook Live.
4. All participants are required to wear a facemask and bring their own alcohol; must have their
temperatures taken with a touchless thermometer; and anyone having a temperature of 37.5°C or
above will be unable to participate in the event.
5. Individuals must maintain a safe distance between them.
6. Participants are only allowed to sit in their designated seats.
7. Handshake or any other form of physical contact is discouraged.

Face-To-Face Recognition:
1. The awardees are required to wear school uniforms.
2. Only the student and one guardian with Vaccination Card will be permitted inside the venue.
3. All participants are required to wear a facemask and bring their own alcohol; must have their
temperatures taken with a touchless thermometer; and anyone having a temperature of 37.5°C or
above will be unable to participate in the event.
4. Individuals must maintain a safe distance between them.
5. Participants are only allowed to sit in their designated seats.
6. Handshake or any other form of physical contact is discouraged.
7. Only parents or one designated guardian shall be permitted to accompany the student awardee.

Face-To-Face Graduation:
1. The dress code for the students is Barong (white, off-white, cream or any similar shade), and the
Admin Council will be Barong with Regalia.
2. The security services will greet and inspect vehicles approaching campus through the main gate
(maximum of three passengers – driver, guardian, and student). Only the student and one guardian
with Vaccination Card will be permitted inside the graduation venue.
3. All participants are required to wear a facemask and bring their own alcohol.
4. Any participants (graduate/guardian) at high risk for severe illness from COVID-19 and not
vaccinated will be excluded from the event.
5. All participants must have their temperatures taken with a touchless thermometer; anyone having
a temperature of 37.5°C or above will be unable to participate in the event.
6. No observers or vendors will be allowed inside the campus.
7. The security services will guide all access doors to the gym.
8. Participants must maintain a safe distance between them.
9. The ceremony will be broadcast via Facebook Live.
10. The University will provide an official photographer for the event.
11. Guardians will participate in the processional ceremony, after the processional ceremony the
guardians are only allowed to sit in their designated seats.
12. Students will not be accompanied by their guardians when called to the stage to get their diploma.
13. After receiving their diplomas from the stage, students should immediately return to their assigned
seats. Inside the gymnasium, handshakes, beso-besos and embraces are not allowed.
14. No associated social gatherings (ex. taking of group photos) of participants will occur inside and
outside the venue. The designated staff will assist the graduates & parents upon returning to the
parking lot.
15. After the event, all chairs and other materials used during the ceremony and the entire venue will
be disinfected.
