EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF THE ESTATE

This Deed made and executed by and among:

hereinafter referred to as “HEIRS OF [x].”

Witnesseth:

Whereas, the above are the surviving spouse and children of the late [x]
(“Decedent”);

Whereas, [x] passed away on [x] in [x] City;

Whereas, the Decedent died without leaving a will and survived only by the above
named heirs, who are all of legal age, and thus are deemed the sole and compulsory heirs
of the Decedent;

Whereas, [x] in his lifetime, was the absolute and registered owner of one (1)
parcel of land, including improvements, if any, located at [x], with a total area of [x]
SQUARE METERS (___sqm) covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. [x] issued by
the Registry of Deeds for the Province of [x], and more particularly described in said
Title (“Property”);

Whereas, at the time of his death, the Decedent had no debts, liabilities or
obligation to any persons, agency or institution;
Whereas, pursuant to Rule 74, Sec. 1 of the Revised Rules of Court of the
Philippines, and the parties herein, being all of legal age and with civil capacity to
contract, have agreed to adjudicate among themselves the above-described Property, in
equal shares.
