We are group 3 and today we are going to present 10 facts about


languages.

The future of how we’ll communicate is a source of heated debates – here’s


our take if you’re curious – but whatever it is, let’s take a moment to
appreciate the mind-blowing diversity and uniqueness of the nearly 7000
languages spoken by humans.

Here are some language facts that will blow your mind.

Frist, There are over 300 languages are spoken in U.S.A .

Second, 86% OF PEOPLE USE ASIAN OR EUROPEAN LANGUAGES


around the world.

Third, THE language WITH THE MOST people use is Chinese

Forth, THE BIBLE IS THE MOST TRANSLATED BOOK. It has translated


into 554 languages.

Fifth,  Basque is a mystery language

Sixth,  Language is thought to have originated circa 100,000 BC. 

Seventh, About 30% of English words come from French.

Eighth, HINDI DIDN’T BECOME THE OFFICIAL LANGUAGE UNTIL


1965

Nineth, Hawaiians have more than 200 words for “rain”

Tenth, Japanese uses 3 writing systems: Kenji, Katakana and Hiragana

After all the facts, we can see that languages are amazing and still have lots of
things we haven’t know yet so we need to discover about them. Sources of all
