Subject: Top Boom Plastic Sheave Assy. Bearing Damage

1. Background:
There have defects where the outer race of the top boom-end Displaced Bearing
upper and lower main winch plastic sheave bearings is
damaged and displaced from the sheave center section causing
the sheave to tilt.

2. Applicable Model/Serial Number:

GR-700N-1 ,GR-500N-2

3. Work procedure: Outer Race Damage

Reference the Service Manual and Parts Catalog to replace existing
sheaves on subject models with the below supply parts according to
below listed quantities.
Instruction 01 GR-700N-1: 5 sheaves (1 upper, 4 lower)
Instruction 02 GR-500N-1: 6 sheaves (1 upper, 5 lower)
Instruction 03 GR-700N-1: Handled Separately)

7. Replaced parts:
Please scrap the parts on site.
