This is a Artificial intelligence chat application which will respond to the question that we ask
with the App. The application uses NLP (Natural Language Parser – WIT.ai) where in we can
specify the keywords which the chat application will bring necessary information (Chat
reply/Voice) based on the keyword. It supports transaction based from Bank transaction to
flight booking using the gateway to get the information from the user that is configured as an
intent in the Back Office application. This application supports 10 + languages and all
different domain. The creation of Keyword and Intents and other information like functions,
access rights, survey master and other things are created through the Back Office ASP.Net
application. The application uses the Payload given by the client and create the API’s in the
system. This project also supports different channels like WhatsApp, Mobile, Skype, Facebook
etc.,

system use postman to test each end point and we create/Run Test cases in Post Man tool.
Enhancements to the web project are done periodically as and when there is a new machine
is released.  In Order to fulfill its need, we have to build some more end points so that they
can consume and act upon to it.

This is a conversion project from a VB to a web application to automate the Reading of data
from the Barcode with a Barcode Device and showing the RawData, Decoded Data and ASCII
Equivalents to check whether the BarCode is a valid one or not. It supports Linear, Data
Matrix types of Barcodes and this application also supports the USB HID which will scan the
barcode irrespective of the Port where the device is connected. It also supports emulating the
Serial port where it will access the Com Serial Port where the device is connected and then
getting the details from the port.

This web application is developed to automate the Serve Card service support, which is not a
credit card and unlike the credit card, it has no number and has just the name and the logo
in it. We can add Money, send money from the Serve Card to another card and can also can
do a store purchase as any other card. We can Link the card to a funding source, which can
be a Bank A/c or a Credit Card and thereby we can add money to the card. Customer
Support application is used by CS rep and Admin where the roles are set. All these records
are retrieved from an end user Web application called Serve.com.

 Coaching the Team in identifying the issues and doing enhancements and fixing issues in all
the modules and doing a code review and see to that it is done as per standards.

This is a web internet application to show the DEMO to different clients about the application,
Emails, Reports and User details sections of the P2P application which is a web application
developed for the end user who want to make his started card to a Serve Card, This
application allows the user to register and then login and when the user is registered, then he
has to verify the email and then Activate the card. The user is allowed to add his Credit, Debit
card or his Bank as the backup as Funding source, by which he can add money to his card.
User has the option of Sending and Withdraw money based on some limits. The User can add
his spouse and children as Subaccounts and can set permissions for the Subaccount like
setting the limit of amount they can spend etc. when all these transactions are done, Email is
sent to the user intimating the type of transaction they have done.

 AARP (American Association for Retired Persons) Web Enrollment:

This is a project developed for users to enrol them for Insurance through online using their
Credit Card through Internet. The user enters the screen by entering his state and Zip Code
which takes to another screen which shows the Plans, from which he has the option of
choosing the plans and then enter his general information in the enrolment form and he can
also enrol his family members in another screen and the next screen shows the plan,
frequency and the coverage the user has opted for, with the Billing rates highlighted and then
proceed on entering the Credit Card Information details. Press Continue will take you to the
Summary screen which will show all the details entered and if he wants to change the user can
go back and change his information and press submit and credit card information gets
validated and if it fails, the system will show the user about the response got from the web
about the credit card validation error and why it failed, otherwise the system will show the
confirmation screen, telling the user that your enrolment has been successfully enrolled.

This system is a suite of three products Core Management System (CMS), Eligibility
Administrative System (EAS) and Client Support Module (CSM). CMS deals with the person or
Company getting into contract with Deltanet and their required information. EAS deals with the
Eligibility and Subscription details of a member in the Contract. CSM is a data entry module
that enables the user to enter lookup data required by the other two products. This is a 3-tier
model involving the Client, Business Rules and Data Access Layer and the actual Database.
