1.Explain the importance of these four common types of training exercises.

These training exercises can strengthen your bones and muscles, help you
control your weight, lower your risk of disease, enhance your ability to carry
out daily tasks, and improve your cognitive health. Regular exercise will
also make you feel and look better. This, in turn, may boost your self-
assurance and overall regard for yourself. You may already know that it can
even aid in the treatment or prevention of depression.

2. How does this training exercise affect your daily routine? (5pts)

It Enhances Your Capacity to Carry Out Everyday Tasks and Prevents Falls

Climbing stairs, doing groceries, or playing with your grandchildren are all regular
activities. A functional limitation is a difficulty doing routine tasks. The risk of
functional impairments is lower in physically active middle-aged or older adults than
inactive individuals.

3. Which type of training do you think will help you in achieving your
desired body composition? (5pts)

Strength training is the type of exercise that will help me achieve my


desired body goals because I am able to withstand exercises that use my
muscles, they are more challenging for me, and I believe they will help me
get the body I want, such as having abs and losing face fat. In addition,
strength training causes me to sweat more when I do it.
