ABSTRACT

Telkom Corporate University Center (TCUC) is under the control of the Human Capital
Management Directorate, which is Telkom's operational unit designed to support the
achievement of the company's mission by carrying out activities to strengthen individual and
organizational learning abilities. One of the most important roles is to improve the quality and
competence of human resources within the company. As an operational manager within the
Telkom group, in the learning value chain framework, TCUC activities start with the learning
need diagnostic, learning design and measurement, and learning delivery and deployment
processes. The TCUC organizational structure consists of a senior general manager assisted by a
deputy senior general manager. TCUC oversees six academies and is supported in its operations
by seven fields in the context of implementing the value chain process. In addition, the
company's programs also support the existence of a value chain; one of the company's programs
that is being widely discussed is the "Idea Box" program, which is a program that aims to
channel employee ideas to be realized by the company. Through the Idea Box program, the
General Support Unit forms a team to participate in developing ideas that contain an overtime
management system that was previously done manually but will be converted to digital
management.
