A RESOLUTION REQUESTING TO THE OFFICE OF METRO ORMOC COMMUNITY

COOPERATIVE (OCCI) FOR AVAILMENT OF FUND UNDER AGRI-NEGOSYO “ANYO”
LOAN PROGRAM FOR EXPANSION OF VEGETABLE PRODUCTION AT BRGY
CALAWAN-AN, DARAM, SAMAR

Whereas, the proponent is RSBSA registered farmer and an active member of Calawan-an Farmers
Association;

Whereas, the proponent is a vegetable farmer who is currently cultivating an area of .25 has intended for
eggplant, pole beans and among others;

Whereas, that the said proponent needs to expand the cultivated area to cater the increasing demand of
vegetable supply in the area

Whereas, the said proponent lacks fund to cultivate the area for expansion

Whereas, the said proponent is submitting this farm plan and budget to use for area expansion;

Now therefore, on motion of Bonifacio Mediana, Board of Director, duly seconded by Loreto Dadizon,
Vice President. Be it.
RESOVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Officers of Sua Farmers Association to submit a copy of this
resolution to the office of NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION, to request to them.
