15. Canopy tables and water for outdoor catering to

1. Minimum order quantity for 60 pax.
2.  95% of order value to be paid in advance 10
days prior to the date of function along with
confirmation of menu.
3. Balance payment of 5% is to be cleared
immediately on presentation of the bill, at the end
of the function.
4. Advance once paid will not be refunded at any
circumstances in case of Curfew/Lockdown also.
5. Additional charge of 15% per plate will be levied
on the number of plates exceeding the initial
committed number and such food service shall
take a minimum of 30 minutes.
6. Children will be charged as same as adults.
7. Extra number of people will be charged extra
on each plate count.
8. Outside food and Liquor strictly not allowed.
9. Take away / Parcel of left over party items not
allowed.
10. Buffet service only for all the party items.
11. Food service for
- Lunch Session shall be upto 2.45 pm and
- Dinner Session shall be upto 10.45 pm only.
12. In case of power failure and reasons beyond our
control Air Conditioning will not function.
13. Out-door catering includes Plates, Spoons,
Cheffing dishes, Water glasses (disposable) etc.,
14. To & Fro transportation charges are extra for
outdoor catering, depending on the distance.

16. Hall timings
a) Breakfast Session - 8.00 am to 9.30 am
(Decoration timings 4.00 am to 7.00 am)
b) Lunch Session - 11.00 am to 3.00 pm
(Decoration timings 7.00 am to 10.00 am)
c) Dinner Session - 7.00 pm to 11.00 pm
(Decoration timings 4.00 pm to 6.30 pm)
17. For service beyond the Session time
6000/- for Hall‑1&2 and
3000/- for other halls
will be charged extra per hour.
18. Outside Decorators not allowed. Hall - 1 ( Capacity : 300 to 600 Seats )
19. Outside Photographers & Videographers
3000/- for Hall-1&2 and
1500/- for other Halls will be charged.
20. GST as applicable.
21. Management is not responsible for your
valuables.
22. Valet parking is a complimentary service. The
management is not responsible for theft loss or
damages to the vehicle.
