EXCERPT THE MINUTES OF THE REGULAR SESSION OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY HELD
ON MAY 16, 2022 AT THE BARANGAY HALL OF TAWID, CANDIJAY, BOHOL.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HON. ARCELIS B. CIMAGALA, PUNONG BARANGAY OF TAWID,

CANDIJAY, BOHOL TO PURCHASE ONE(1) UNIT LIGHT CARGO VEHICLE TO BE USED IN
DISASTER AND EMERGENCY OPERATION IN OUR BARANGAY.

Whereas, the national government under the fy 2022 gaa have released the amount of one
million pesos(php 1,000,000.00) to the barangay for the said purposed,

Whereas, the municipal government and barangay tawid have also alloted respectively the
amount of three hundred thousnad pesos(php 300,000.00) and fifty thousand pesos(php
50,000.00) as counterpart funds for same purpose;

Whwereas, said vehicle will greatly help disaster preparedness, response , relief and
emergency rescue operations of the barangay;

Now wherefore, on mass motion and duly seconded by the members of the sangguniang
barangay herein present in a session duly assembled;

Now therefore, be it resolved as it is hereby resolved authorizing hon. Arcelis b. Cimagala,

punong barangay of tawid, candijay, bohol to purchase one(1) unit light cargo vehicle to be
used in disaster and emergency operation in our barangay.
