Role: Manager – Strategy

Location: Mumbai
Reporting Manager: Vice President
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
 Work on co-creating long term strategy for business in education sector, business
planning / driving AOP
 Ask relevant questions to challenge status-quo
 Drive synergy through Chairman’s office for governance plan and meetings
 Assist to build an outside-in perspective in the organization by building market
intelligence ok key changes in education sector
 Be custodian of the Chairman’s office dashboard/ MIS
 Evaluate operational performance independently and prepare report on key
concerns/risk
 Work on key presentations of Chairman’s office
Key Performance Indicators:
 Accuracy, Speed & automation.
 Financial accuracy of forecasting & Budgeting
 Successful in implementation of various strategic projects.
 In sighting of various projects with key actionable.

Competencies Required for the Role:
Knowledge
 Experience in Financial Planning, Business Planning & project evaluation preferred.
 Must have worked in Business Strategy and Project Management
 Outstanding Analytics skills & data crunching required
 Outstanding Presentation, reporting, and communication skills will be added advantage.
 Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information
analysis

 Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications

Qualification:
CA /MBA Finance from top institute is must.
