Financial position and Bonuses

They have been achieving their financial requirements and their goal is to double their revenue this year in 2023. Employees also receive a bonus of
10%. 5% of which is based on the company performance and 5% on the candidates performance.

promotion. Salary reviews happen in February every year and possible big hikes tend to happen in 2 years or so depending on individual

years later he became a Senior Design Engineer in kept him there is the people who look after

Location
The R&D site is based on an industrial state near the marine overlooking the docks with plenty of parking facilities. All production
facilities and lab is on the first floor with their R&D design offices on the 2nd floor.
They are a 5 minute drive into the town centre with 100s of shops on the high street including a shopping centre called West Quay. The
town centre is quite a busy location with everything else being a close proximity to each other. You will also find quite few restaurants
and cafes.
Southampton university is round the corner, with the football stadium and a business park around the corner. Near the business park
you have some supermarkets too such as Tesco and Co-op.

Other locations to consider for renting:


The employees typically live in the cheaper locations such as Portsmouth, Bournemouth, Fareham and Littlehampton. Winchester is
also an option which is a bit closer to London although it may be a bit more expensive.
Visa & Relocation Assistance

• Bowman Power will offer to cover the cost of a visa for new employees,
but this will need to be claimed back / reimbursed once the applicant has
completed their first month in the organisation.

• This must be paid upfront for the direction of the visa application. It is
typically 3 years but can also be 5 years.

• They will also offer a relocation package which will allow you to reimburse
costs such as flights, transporting goods and temporary accommodation.

• Your relocation cost will be reimbursed in your first months salary.
