COMPANY INTRODUCTION

TECHNO INDUSTRIES with a three decade experience is an ISO: 9001 organization manufacturing high quality
and wide range of material handling equipments like EOT Cranes & Hoists. We are having manufacturing
facilities at GIDC Industrial Estate, Vatva, and Ahmedabad. Our new manufacturing unit is at Piplaj Industrial
Estate, Ahmedabad with a Load testing facility up to 300 tons. Techno Industries is well equipped with an area
of about 24,000 sq. yards and highly sophisticated machinery for manufacturing of high capacity & long span
cranes.

We are register to major Government Organizations like BHEL, NTPC, BSP, RSP, BBUNL and corporate customers
like TATA, ABB, ALSTOM, SIEMENS, ESSAR, JINDAL, ENPAY, L&T and many more. Our products are exported to
countries of Middle East, Nigeria, Ghana, Lebanon, Syria, Liberia, Qatar, Yemen, Kenya, Ethiopia, etc. either by

All the equipments are designed taking in to consideration Indian ambient condition and are suitable to work in
any industrial application. The Cranes and Hoists are designed as per IS 3177, IS 807 & IS 3938. Manual Chain
Pulley blocks are designed as per IS 3832.

Stringent quality control is maintained at all the stages of manufacturing including procurement of raw material
and bought out parts. To maintain high quality standards, the bought out material and components are tested
before using in the equipments, thus making "T A C K L E R S" a name synonymous with quality and growth.

We are Channel Partner of STAHL Crane Systems, Germany. One of the leading German cranes manufacturing

TESTING FACILITIES AS PER IS/ASME STANDARDS

The Tacklers testing facilities for a hoist consists of a crane comprising

of different girder capacities for different girder sizes. Each hoist at
Techno Industries is suspended in the crane with the help of Tacklers
Scissor Table and tested for hoisting & cross travel, keeping the virtual
site usage as the essential basis. The testing arrangement is capable of
testing wire rope hoists up to 40 tonnes. Also, for the end user & third
party inspection, special Electrical panel is provided to witness data. A
detailed instruction manual has also been provided along. All products
are tested on 25% overload as per I.S. Moreover,

Load Testing: 300 tones load testing facility for crane crab is available
and facility for overload is upgraded continuously.

Chemical Testing: Materials used for equipments and structural

members i.e. M. S. Plates, Bars, etc. shall be tested as per IS: 2062
specifications from approved laboratories viz. Divine laboratories,
Ahmedabad. All round bars are ultrasonically tested at NDT Associates,
Ahmedabad.

Hardening & Stress Relieving Tests: Hardening & Stress relieving tests
for Wheels, Gear Box casings, gears & pinions, etc. is done as per IS
specifications from reputed laboratories viz. Anand Industries,
Ahmedabad.

Welding: All butt welds are subject to tension area DP tested; All non -
load taking welds are examined internally as per ASME standards. Radio
graphically (RT) test will be conducted upon approval of specific quality
plan as an option with extra charges.

Electric Control Panel: Functional tests of control panel are conducted

by means of simulating working condition for insulation resistance test
& voltage tests.

Technical Features For Double Girder Crane:-

• Hoisting Motions Gears are Hardened and Grounded for high torque efficiency; which gives extremely
low noise during the Crane operations.
• For Cross Travel and long travel motion we have considered Geared Brake motor unit. A single unit of
Gearbox, Motor and brake which eliminate the coupling and alignment problem and gives extremely
low noise during the travelling.
• VVVF drive in all motion for Jerk - free travelling of Crab and Crane, also increases the life of
Gearboxes, Motor and brakes.
• Control Panel ELDON/ TACKLERS makes IP-55 Powder coated.
• One side full lengths Maintenance Platform for Entire cross travel length with support & Safety for EOT
Cranes.

Our Scope of supply:-

• Design, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply of Double Girder EOT Crane. (Including Main Bridge

1. Prices:
The above prices quoted in the price schedule are FOR Site basis, Chennai. exclusive of all taxes and duties.

2. GST:
Shall Be Charged Extra at the time of dispatch, However Presently GST @18% Is Applicable.

3. Packing:
Not Applicable.

4. Delivery Time.
12 -14 weeks from receipt of your confirmed Purchase Order along with advance payment and receipt of
approved GA drawing.

5. Payment Terms:

5.1. For Supply:

30% advance with Purchase Order, Balance 70% prior to dispatch against proforma invoice prior to dispatch
the material.

5.2 For Erection & Commissioning (IF APPLICABLE)

Extra at actual.

6. Transportation:
Included

7. Validity:
Offer valid for 30 days; however quoted prices are subject to increase based on price escalation of steel &
material prices.

8. Insurance:
The Purchaser is advised to insure the goods to cover transit risk of all kind. If required insurance can also be
arranged by us on behalf of the buyer at extra cost, provided the same is also stipulated in the order. However
whether the insurance is affected by the buyer or arranged by us on behalf of the buyer our liability shall cease
from the moment the goods are handed over to the buyer or his nominee or to the carrier arranged by us on
behalf of the buyer. In the event of any damage in transits including during loading / unloading of shortages,
the buyer shall lodge the claim with the insurance company directly and also comply with the claim
formalities.

9. Force Majeure:
The above delivery we estimate based on our present order position. We shall not responsible in case of delay
happen due to the following reasons;

Any natural calamities like severe earthquake, floods, lightning, fire or explosions etc. Strikes and lockouts,
war, riots, civil war etc. If delay happened due to any of above reasons then we shall amend the delivery
schedule without levying liquidated damages or any compensation.

10. Cancellation:
An order once placed by the buyer cannot be cancelled without the prior consent in writing from us. In the
event of our accepting the cancellation, all costs incurred by us till our acceptance of cancellation will be borne
by the buyer.

11. Warrantee:
Warrantee shall be valid for the period of 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months from the
dispatch whichever is earlier. During this period we will provide free repair or replacement (ex our works)any
component found defective due to the bad workmanship or any Manufacturing defects only. This warrantee
does not include bad storage and misuse of equipment at your end. Warranty shall not be provided for
electrical Components. (If any electrical failure occurs and due to this if any Mechanical component fails than
the same shall not cover any guarantee and the same will be supplied only on chargeable basis.)

12. Installation & Commissioning: [IF APPLICABLE]

12.1 Scope of Work:

• Erection work will include providing skilled manpower and other erection tools & tackles etc.
• Commissioning by our well trained engineer by conducting following test;
• No load running test, function test of motors, brakes & safety limit switches.
• Hand over Maintenance manual along with Test certificates.

12.2 Customer Responsibility:

• Unloading of material will be in customer’s Scope.

• Proper security & storage will be the customer’s responsibility.
• Any kind of civil work at site will be in customer scope.
• Crane gantry beams alignment, water leveling throughout the travelling length will maintained by
customer before starting of erection work.
• Power supply to use tools & tackles will be provided by customer.
• 3 phase 415V power supply up to the crane CRD.
• Arrangement of load and sling at site will be in customer scope.

13. Spares & After Sales Service @

Spares and after sales service will be available across the country. We also invite annual maintenance contract
after the completion of warrantee period.
