Schedule maintenance activity, keeping machinery and vehicles records and control cost of
maintenance.
Repairing or providing maintenance for machineries in collaboration with the workshop head,
when requested and outsource maintenance is needed and following up machineries and
vehicles.
Communicating with external service and product suppliers to maintain and purchase machinery,
component, with face to face or phone or video call or email.
Machine and equipment inspection on regular based.
Facilitate workshop in organizing and establishing good environment for the maintenance.
Prepare report regarding maintenances and machinery or equipment’s.
To handle all machinery manual properly.
Review and recommend any necessary amendment to specific IMS when needed and Assist all
functions in IMS.
Supervise and implement risk assessment recommendation and control measures.
Regular enhancing the process needed for IMS are establish, implemented and maintained.
Ensures the processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented
and maintained
Prepare report on the performance of IMS and any need for improvement and also insures the
promotion awareness
Coordinate IMS system, audit through confirm compliance with the requirement and Authorized
to organize internal audits and management review.
Establish appropriate means of communication to keep all staff informed of the progress made by
the QMS, OHS and EMS.
Ensure the Document control system is functioning well and Initiate requests for and follow up on
corrective action.
Initiate internal & external training regarding QMS, EMS and OHS. Prepare training material
regarding IMS and ensure the provision.
Coordinates and leads a team of company experts from various functions to regularly determine
the company’s context, identify risks and opportunities that could have effect on construction
/product quality. And also attract top management attention on external and internal issues
relevant to the IMS.
To report to top management on the performance of the system and any need for improvement.
To promote awareness of customer, other stakeholders, regulatory and statutory requirements
throughout the organization.
Authorized to review progress on the improvement in the IMS.
Authorized to liaison with external agencies on IMS and product importation process.
Perform other activities as may be ordered or assigned by heads.
