Application Water Level Regulator Kit 3166211

Model 4 and 8 Hole Steaming Baths

Installation Perform the following steps. Refer to figures on the pages following.

1. Turn off unit, disconnect power and drain water from the bath.
(Remove unit if mounted in countertop.)

2. Unscrew drain plug from side of bath body.

3. Replace with elbow connector (packaged separately).

Note To ensure a good seal, wrap threads with teflon tape or equivalent
sealer. ▲

4. Tighten elbow connector so open end (tube fitting) faces straight

down.
Installation (continued) --For units using frame with legs--

5. Place Water Level Regulator Bracket Assembly between the bottom of

the bath body and the top of the bath table frame. (Bracket should be
flush with back edge of the bath body, see Side View Note.) You don't
need to remove the backing of the double-sided adhesive tape. The
weight of the filled bath will keep the bracket assembly in place.

Continue to Step 7.

--For units mounted in tabletop or counter--

6. After adding additional cutout to countertop (see Figure 3), remove

backing of double-sided tape on bracket and attach to bath by pressing
the bracket firmly against the side and bottom of bath body. Bracket
should be flush with back edge of bath body, see Side View Note.

Continue to Step 7.

7. Insert the plastic tubing, from the bottom of the water level regulator,
into the elbow connector, at the drain, and tighten the elbow connector
fitting firmly to ensure a good seal. Tabletop unit can now be
remounted into table opening.

8. Uncoil Tygon tubing and press onto 1/4" Hose Barb Fitting, located at
the top of water level regulator.

9. After refilling bath with water, hook-up other end of the tygon tubing
to water supply and turn on water supply. Minimum pressure is
approximately 15 PSI, maximum is approximately 75 PSI.

Note Water line marking on the Water Level Regulator is an indicator of

the approx. water level that will be maintained in bath. The assembly has
been set to maintain approximately 1-3/4" of water. To raise the set water
level, loosen thumbscrew and raise Water Level Regulator to desired level
(coincide with Water Line mark). Tighten thumbscrew to hold Water Level
Regulator in place. ▲
