    This journal article examines the quality of life of patients who have undergone a total laryngectomy to treat laryngeal carcinoma. A total laryngectomy is a surgery to remove the entire larynx. The presenter studied how the surgery impacted patients' quality of life. The study took place from March 15th, 2023 in the ENT department meeting room at H. Adam Malik General Hospital in Medan, Indonesia. The presenter shared their findings with advisers and examiners from the Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery department at the University of North Sumatra Haji Adam Malik General Hospital.
