Organizational Chart: Pop Up Organizational Chart;


Owner- the one who may not take on duties but they are always in charge of big-picture
decisions making.

Manager- The one who organize and direct the employees to do their responsibilities.

Assistant Manager- help the general manager out in administrative duties.

Bartender- the one who mix and serve the drinks and keep the customers happy.

The Line Staff- it includes the servers and bussers. They keep the bar clean and customers
well-tended.
