Re: Request for certified true copies of Notice of Disallowance

Dear Chairperson Aguinaldo:

Greetings of truth and justice!

Pursuant to the Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA,” hereafter)

between the Commission on Audit (“COA,” hereafter) and the Presidential
Anti-Corruption Commission (“Commission,” hereafter) dated 08 October
2018, the Commission would like to most respectfully request from your
Honorable Office the Certified True Copies of Notice of Disallowance (ND)
issues to Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (Philhealth) against the
disbursement of funds on the Medical Mission Critical Allowance
(MMCA).

This request is made pursuant to the motu proprio investigation being

conducted by the Commission on the alleged anomalies in the handling of
the Philhealth Accreditation Fees.

We hope you would give our request your favorable consideration. The
above requested documents would greatly help in the investigation being
conducted by the Commission.
