COURSE OUTCOME # 4
Develop a procedure for the operation of low voltage
electrical equipment and systems in accordance with
operating manuals
Presented by:
Screws hold the Mitsubishi Selfjector together. Make sure the tightening
is complete before assembling. Running this with inadequate tightness is
quite risky. Make sure to verify the specific tightening of the Bowl nut,
Disk nut, Cap nut (or Vertical Shaft), Set bolt (or hexagonal lock nut) of
the Frame cover, The motor specifications of the Selfjector Genius Series
concern of class B insulated three-phase squirrel cage-type induction
motor. If the motor output requirements are less than 3.7 kW, the
specifications will be those of a class E insulated three-phase squirrel
cage-type induction motor.
Be sure also that the tally marks of the bowl and other so-marked parts are
aligned.
Contact our company or service if a misaligned tally mark is excessively
misaligned when the Bowl nut is tightened.
II. SAFETY OPERATING PROCEDURES
Starting Procedure
- Perfectly Put Together
- Stop the excessive vibration right away.
- Check the gear case's condition and the amount of lubricant
therein.
- If the purifier has stopped and the brakes are engaged, release
them.
- Verify that the electrical connections are linked properly, and
if necessary, ask an electrical officer for assistance.
- All breakers must be turned on before you start.
- Before turning on the purifier, check the pipeline to make sure
all of the valves are open to prevent damage.
Stopping Procedure
- To stop the oil flow to the purifier, close the oil inlet valve.
- Then, quickly open the sealing water to remove any leftover
oil from the separator.
- Desludging is then accomplished by turning on the water
valve. This will cause the bowl to open, ejecting all of the
sludge into the sludge tank.
- To stop the heater, close the steam input valve.
- Next, shut off the purifier and supply pump.
Monitoring Procedure
- Watch the feed pump.
- Verify that heater valves are open.
- Raise the oil's temperature.
- Look out for vibrations
- Check the solenoid valve.
- Verify the operational water level.
- Verify the tank valves.
- Points of intake and outflow are open
- Keep an eye on the brakes
- First, pay attention to the alarm in the engine control room and
head straight for the purifier room.
- Check the error in the control panel.
- Restart the purifier and reset the error in the control panel.
- Check the oil temperature, feed rate, back pressure, overflow,
and purifier once more after that. If everything is in order, it
will operate properly; if not, read on to learn about frequent
issues that could arise.
