Re: Request for certified true copies of documents and a

meeting with State Auditor Ma. Eleanor C.A. Calo in
relation to the fact-finding investigation on the alleged
anomalies in Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)

Dear Chairperson Aguinaldo:

Greetings of truth and justice!

Pursuant to the Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA,” hereafter)

between the Commission on Audit (“COA,” hereafter) and the Presidential
Anti-Corruption Commission (“Commission,” hereafter) dated 08 October
2018, the Commission would like to request for a meeting with State Auditor
Ma. Eleanor C.A. Calo, the Audit Team Leader assigned at Philippine
Statistics Authority, on 27 May 2021 at 10:00 o’clock in the morning at PACC
office address at Palacio Del Gobernador, Intramuros, Manila.

This request is made pursuant to the fact-finding investigation being

conducted by the Commission on the alleged anomalies in PSA.
