NARRATIVE ON LIS ACCOMPLISHMENT

Senior High School
Grade 11, SY: 2022-2023

When: February 18-19 & 27, 2023

What: LIS Enrollment-Updates on the following: Student’s Semestral Status, Current and
Permanent Address, 4Ps Household Number and Tagging of Balik-Aral Students

One of the routine tasks of teachers is to update the Learners Informaton System especially
during the enrollment of learners. A report was promptly relayed to us by our LIS Coordinator in
HUMSS, in the person of Mrs. Cherry Lyn D. Moreta. Thus, immediate action was expected.
On these dates February 18-19 & 27, 2023, we enrolled our learners in the Deped Learner’s
Information System. We were not able to finish enrolling the total number of learners in a day. We
were only able to enroll at few at least 15 of them and continued enrolling them the following day.
Due to some circumstances, we were able to finish the task a week after.
Our LIS Coordinator in HUMSS communicated to us that we need to do our housekeeping
in the LIS and update the following: LIS Enrollment-Updates on the following: Student’s
Semestral Status, Current and Permanent Address, 4Ps Household Number and Tagging of Balik-
Aral Students. We were able to finish the updates since we did most of the tasks already during the
enrollment process. Meanwhile, there were some clarifications regarding to the updates, we asked
helped from our LIS Coordinator. Then, a quick response and assistance were extended. After all,
we sent updates that we accomplished task.

of our LIS accomplishments.
