SUBJECT : REQUEST FOR THE APPROVAL OF THE PROPOSED

SPECIAL ORDER REINSTATING JERWIN T. RESOLA AS OIC
CHIEF, RPS OF CENRO TUBOD, SDN

This pertains to the Regional Special Order (RSO) No. 741 which designates and re-
assigns personnel of PENRO Surigao del Norte for purposes of strengthening its service
delivery and operations.

In the interest of public service, and for CENRO Tubod to fulfill a sterling delivery of
services and effective conduct of operations, it is imperative for the office to reinstate personnel
Jerwin T. Resola as OIC Chief, RPS of CENRO Tubod.

Jerwin T. Resola has been proficient during his term as OIC Chief, RPS, he was able to
satisfy the duties and obligations, as well as the nuances, and had resolved issues under the
ambit of the Regulations Permitting Section. With the implementation of the QMS and
compliance with the standards of ISO 9001:2015. The RPS under his supervision was able to
comply with the standards required, thus with our focus on the implementation of the QMS,
through his capabilities and experiences, it is imperative to entrust and rely in him – with full
confidence – the management of the RPS.

Anent thereto, we humbly request the Regional Executive Director to permit the
PENRO SDN to sign the special order reinstating Jerwin T. Resola as the OIC Chief, RPS of
CENRO Tubod.

SUBJECT : REINSTATEMENT OF JERWIN T. RESOLA AS THE OIC

CHIEF, RPS, OF CENRO TUBOD SDN

In the interest of public service and to continue the delivery of services relative to Regulations
of Permits, EMS II Jerwin T. Resola, is hereby reinstated as the OIC Chief, RPS of CENRO
Tubod Surigao del Norte.

As such, EMS II Jerwin T. Resola, shall have the authority and shall perform the functions
inherent to the Chief RPS of CENRO Tubod.

This Order shall take effect immediately and shall remain enforce unless revoked by the
undersigned or higher authority.
