    Dear Mayor Baladjay,

    Greetings in the name of peace and unity in fight against COVID-19 pandemic!

    Laua-an National High School, in adherence to Department of Education’s order, will officially
    open its Modular Non-face-to-face classes on October 5, 2020. Prior to that, the school will be
    distributing the modules to the parents on October 2, 2020.

    Anent this, parents from Clusters 2, 3, 4, & 5 will have to get modules from the school, while the
    four distant or far-flung clusters – Clusters 1, 6, 7, & 8 with centers in AMMS, Casit-an ES, Lupa-an ES
    and Lactudan PS respectively, modules will be distributed therein to lessen the financial burden of the
    parents.

    Thus, requesting your good office the vehicles for transport to and fro the centers during the
    distribution and retrieval of modules and clustering of barangays on the dates shown on the table
    below.
