V. Validity of Quotation: 30 days

VI. INSTALLATION AND DEBUGGING

We shall send two technicians to the site to provide guidance on installation and debugging and the training of
operators. The guidance and training fee is USD2,400 per set, and the technicians’ round-trip airfare and visa
application fee are paid by the customer. Besides, the customer should provide free accommodation for the
technicians while they are abroad.

VII. Payment Terms & Lead Time

After receiving 30% of the total contract value as advance payment by T/T, we’ll begin the production of the
goods ordered, which will be ready for delivery in about 25 workdays. After the customer checks the goods and
pays the remaining 70%, we’ll deliver the goods.
