Research Limitation

In this study, I tried to highlight the impact of organisational climate on job satisfaction and
employee commitment of a particular company. It hopes to affect the employees and can
positively provide important soft human features and innovative work behaviour of the
employees.
But like all research, this research paper has several limitations or gap that need to be
considered.
Firstly, the sample is not a representation of all the organization because it is limited to only
one company (VYAM, a gym booking app, where most of the employees do work from
home), therefore the result cannot be generalized to the organization that do not belongs to
the company who works in the office or any manufacturing company. The research was
limited to one state as the organisation is located in south-west part of West Bengal, a
broader geographic sampling can provide a better reflection.
Secondly, another source of limitation is the fact that the data is collected by providing
questionnaires in google forms which could mean that we may get irrelevant responses
from the respondents.
Lastly, the most important limitation that the research paper is consisted of is lack of time
that can be reflected in the ultimate result.

Conclusion
The main purpose of this research is to find out the impact of organisational climate on
employee job satisfaction and commitment. The study aimed to address the relationship
between organizational climate, organizational commitment and organizational job
satisfaction. We can never deny that the success of an organization is depend on the
organizational climate. So, if any determinants of organizational climate is not working well
then the overall climate of the organization can be affected.
Here we can see by the overall study that the organisation is having a meaningful
relationship between the organisational climate and the expectation of the employees.
