The fundamental benefit of tip sharing is that by pooling gratuities and then distributing them to all
employees, it reduces the discrepancy between front-of-house staff and other staff members.

Starting immediately, all tips made by dine-in and take-out customers must be placed within
the tip box for any reason.

Any employee who fails to place a tip of any kind in the tip box will be disciplined in accordance with
the company's code of conduct.
