Handling of employees.

Handled US Customers for almost half year. Was a tech Support Executive ( L1 ) for
Broadband, Land Line , Billing and Customer Service .Handled irate customers.

Zensar Technologies (Primus Canada)

Worked with Canadian Telecom Project. I was responsible for selling Long Distance
Plan. It was for the 1st time I was working for International market. I started learning
psychiology of people which is of great help to me in HR function.
