Dear Mr. Wong,

I would like to share with you the importance of having the books in good time before the workshop
begins. On 28 September 2021, I have ordered 25 copies of Improve Your Writing Skills books from
Executive Educational Products. I highly expected the books have arrived before the end of this
November. Unfortunately, I did not receive any delivery or an information regarding this order. It
seems like the order may be ignored.

From 28 November to 3 December, I hardly tried to contact you on the firm’s telephone but no
one there answered the call. Other than you, it seems like no one else in the office appears to know
anything about my order.

I therefore here request to remind you about the order. There will be serious problems if the
books do not arrive on 12 December as the workshop is to be based on the book. I look forward to
