The purchase department was found to have an incomplete supplier list resulting in a nonconformity, and fire extinguishers were missing from maintenance resulting in another nonconformity. Overall the audit was conducted smoothly with participation from top management and staff.

    IQA NO: 01 Date: 19.04.2019

    The internal audit was held as per the IQA schedule on 19.04.19 .The audit covered all the departments as per the
    IQA plan and schedule. The audit was conducted as per the schedule and a total of 2 Nonconformities were found.
    One major and one minor non conformance recorded. All the nonconformance’s are closed with proper corrective
    actions as required

    Department: Human Resource – Competency mapping is available .No nonconformance is evidenced.

    Training – Training record for the ISO awareness programme and the other programme as per the training
    calendar has been got. The training plan for the year 2019-20 also has been drawn.

    : The document control has been improved. The proprietor has organized the audit in a smooth manner
    with everyone’s participation in it. The IQA has been carried out smoothly with the active participation of
    top management and all staffs..

    Purchase: The purchase records have been maintained especially the purchase orders are available. The
    supplier list not updated with all the suppliers resulted in NC. Supplier rating is being prepared.

    Production: The production details have been recorded in the production note along with the plans .No NC
    evidenced .

    Top management: The top management is committed to the continuance of the quality management

    System and the quality policy is relevant in the current scenario. For effective sustenance of the QMS top

    Management has conducted the audits as per the audit plan. Objectives shall be tracked during the year

    2019-20 in a time bound manner. The document control has been improved. The proprietor has organized
    the audit in a smooth manner with everyone’s participation in it. The IQA has been carried out smoothly
    with the active participation of top management and all staffs
    Maintenance: the service records are available and maintenance is carried out .With respect to safety Fire
    extinguishers is not evidenced resuted in NC..

    Calibration: Master list is available and also the external calibration certificates are evidenced
