MINI PROJECT PROPOSAL
TOPIC: PRISON MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The system is quite simple and easy to use. Here, in this system, the admin
plays a huge role in maintaining the system. He/She is responsible to handle all
the requests from the user and the police side. The admin can manipulate
every happening event in the system. The user can file complaint and other
queries. He/She has to register to make the complaint to the system. In the
other hand, the police section is responsible for managing the activity of a
crime records.
REQUIREMENTS
1. The system dashboard, should contain; Home, Login, AboutUs and
Comment at the Menu bar
2. At the Home page the name of the prison should be visible
3. At AboutUs page is the brief description of the activities of the prison
4. At Login page should contain the space for User, Police, and Admin login
5. At the comment page should contain the space for sending messenger
to either of the stakeholders
6. Specify whose message among the stake holders
7. Specify subject of the message
8. Provide the area for writing the message
9. The system should contain three stakeholders; User, Police and Admin
10.The system should provide login page for the stakeholders
11.The login should contain space for Username
12.The login should contain space for Password
13.The login should allow the select which of the three stakeholders to
