To be a good manager, one must ensure that the management is reasonable and

effective, so the manager can simultaneously use tools and techniques from many
different angles. In my opinion , managers can use both classical and behavioral
perspectives.
Today the classical management perspective provides many management
techniques and approaches that are still relevant . The classical perspectives is to focus
on productivityand the overall management of the organization. The weakness of this
perspectives is that the organization is simple, stable, and underestimates the role of the
individual in the organization. The behavioral management perspective placed much
more emphasis on individual attitudes, behaviors, and group processes and recognized
the importance of behavioral processes in the workplace. The disadvantage of this
viewpoint is that it is unsuitable for complex, multi-agency, and organizations that
experience rapid change. Therefore, to ensure an environment where employees have a
positive outlook and are at their most productive, leaders need to possess a full range of
management skills that are both scientific and artistic, including small skills
(specialization, association, simulation, diagnosis, communication, decision-making,
timemanagement, etc.).
