A. By defining nature as a system of matter in motion governed by natural values and rules of life,
Darwin completed the Theory of Evolution by Means of Natural Selection, which is his greatest and
most well-known contribution to science.

B. This approach to treating mental diseases puts a special emphasis on the unconscious mental
functions. The idea of the id, ego, and superego, which Freud coined as the "three agencies of the
human psyche," is also known as "deep psychology." The id stands for our fundamental instincts,
such as lust and anger. Psychoanalysis' goal is to bring the unconscious to consciousness. Sigmund
Freud emphasized the significance of the unconscious mind, and one of the fundamental premises of
Freudian theory is that the unconscious mind influences behavior to a greater extent than people
realize.

C. Galileo and Copernicus revolutionized knowledge of the globe. Further investigation revealed that
the sun is just one of millions of stars and not the center of the universe as the Copernican theory
claimed. Instead, it is at the center of our solar system. Since then, researchers have found a number
more galaxies. Humans once held the view that the earth was the center of the universe and that
the sun, moon, and other celestial bodies revolved around it. People's conceptions of their location
in the world were permanently changed when they realized that the Earth is not the center of the
universe and that other planets and stars do not orbit it. The heliocentric hypothesis is still
significant today since it changed how scientists think about the formation of our solar system and
improved physical and mathematical astronomy instruments. On the other hand, the Copernican
Revolution offers an essential framework for understanding the cosmos. There is no special place or
status reserved for us in the universe. The Universe and everything in it can be understood and
predicted using a set of fundamental physical laws.
