Subject : Request of refund

Dear Sir,

I have booked 5 (five) flight tickets at Singapore Airlines during the SQ promo with BCA on
August 2022. The flights Booking Number is ............................ and below are the names of the
passengers :
1. Nama

5. Nama

On 29th September 2022, the passengers had an interview at the Embassy of America Jakarta
and they received a yellow card which means they have to resubmit their application because
of an incomplete personal data. Therefore the visa was finally issued on December 2022.

A day before the departure on 27th November 2022, We have called Ms Siska at SQ Jakarta
regarding the rebooking of the above flight tickets. She requested to send the details through
an email. My email was replied by Mr. Subhan. He informed us the rebooking fee was Rp.
2.500.000,-. So I passed the information to the passengers without any further details.

When the tickets was confirmed at 1st February 2023, we went to SQ at 16th January 2023 to
rebook the tickets. The officer at ticketing counter requested us to do the rebooking at the first
place we issued. The officer mentioned the cost of rebooking the tickets there was Rp.
4.500.000 which was more expensive than what we were informed before.

So we went back to the first place to issued the tickets. They charged rebooking fee, taxes,
latest price etc. We were surprised by the total of amount for the rebooking fee. The
passengers complained and unhappy with the additional rebooking amount.
We kindly request you to refund the above tickets. Quick response from you will be highly
appreciated. Thank You
