FABLES

Fables are short stories that use animals, and sometimes objects as characters. In fables,
animals and objects are made to take on human qualities( personification ) , they are made to talk,
laugh, dance, or even sing, etc. The man most famous for writing fables is Aesop and his fables are
called Aesop’s fables. Fables are short but teach morals.

Some common fables are :

1) “ The lion and the fox”

2) “The ant and the grasshopper”

3) “ The dancing tree”

4) “The lion king”

5) “The hare and the mouse”
