    REACH DECALARTION OF CONFORMITY

    Hollinbrow Precision Products hereby declare that our products fully comply with the
    European Union’s Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the
    Council of 18 December 2006 brought into UK law by the European Union [Withdrawal] Act
    2018 as UK REACH.
    Our products do not contain any of the Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) above the
    specified concentrations, as defined in the Act and associated regulations. Our products do
    not contain any of the restricted substances, as defined by the Act and associated
    regulations.

    Regarding REACH compliance, our products [including coatings] we supply are classed as
    articles which do not intentionally release chemicals under REACH, they do not require
    registration. Regarding ROHS compliance, none of the products [including coatings] we
    supply have trace elements above the maximum allowed under ROHS regulation.

    We shall monitor all changes to the Act and associated regulations and ensure that our
    products continue to be compliant with all future requirements and amendments.
