ESTABLISHMENT OF BASIC BUSINESS STRUCTURE IN AFGHANISTAN

The General Assembly,

Noting that Afghan citizens need basic income of $300 a month to hold a stable living situation,

Aware of the fact that humanitarian aid in Afghanistan will be greatly needed to support their
monetary needs,

Further Proclaims That making a basic business structure will help both economy and the people,

Aware that the Taliban continue to regulate and survey any foreign aid often this made the aid
companies leave the country,

Convinced that the Taliban do not want their people to suffer and have even said that “We need
our people in order to have a country,”

Encourages other countries to help with aid and assistance in Afghanistan to take the weight off
of the U.S and Germany,

Calls Upon all of the UN to assist with the humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan to make the aid
more viable and efficient,

1. Reminds that all countries that sign on will support the resolution and provide for Afghanistan;

(a)Having as much support and resources as possible to instate this solution in the most effective
way possible;

2. 2.Notes that Afghanistan has already in place resources and business possibilities

(a) They not only have oil but many natural resources that are available to be mined;

(b)Believing that utilizing these resources will assist us in rebuilding the economy;

3. Acknowledges that the Taliban have put a ban on women working which made the first German
shop in Afghanistan shut down:

(a) Our solution would be less oriented to just woman and just be for anyone who can legally
have a job, this will give all citizens an opportunity to support themselves and their families;

(b) Creating the basic business structure in Afghanistan that will hire and create product for all
citizens will have a bigger impact on the country;
(c) Having multiple countries support and aid this solution will be instrumental in making actual
change in the economy;

4. Confirms that Afghanistan needs the help of the UN and making this resolution a reality will be a
necessary step to helping the crisis, they also need to agree and assist the cause;

5. Requests that all of the above gets complete in a timely fashion in order to get aid to the citizens of
Afghanistan as quickly as possible.

6. States that the signing countries will start up the companies and product production until the
company can support itself, at first the startup countries will provide payment to citizen employees to start
up the money movement into the population;

7. Notes that different countries will be providing different support to our solution,

(a) Countries providing refugee assistance (such as housing, medical aid, jobs, education, etc. )
include, India, Brazil, France, UK, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Iran, Kenya;
(b) Countries providing financial aid will be: U.S, UK, France, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Iran, India;
(c) Countries creating infrastructure include: U.S, Germany, UK, France, Israel, Iran.
