Discussion:

First of all, thank you all for attending the meeting, as we covered our Safi National profile and
capabilities, also shared more about Baker Hughes's presence in Libya, and covered important
business units to work on together.
In today’s meeting, by the lead of Mr. Abdaulraouf and Mr. Kent Meyer we discussed the main
business units which we are targeting to increase our market share in Libya, briefly went over
the presentation of the Baker Hughes team regarding Baker’s Well-Intervention product portfolio
which includes:

• Fishing Services
 • Thru Tubing Intervention
• Workover Systems

As this meeting was dedicated to talking about Baker’s technology regarding the mentioned
services mentioned above, we briefly highlighted the beginning of a discussion regarding the
Partnership Agreement between the two parties Safi National and Baker Hughes, which
includes the Commercial/Techincal matter and how we can benefit from each other as Partners
in regard to training Safi National staff.
