5. Documents will be evaluated using the DepEd Order No. 66, s. 2007, Revised
Guidelines on the Appointment and Promotion of Other Teaching, Related Teaching,
and Non-Teaching Positions.
9. The Department of Education SDO Rizal adheres to the existing general policy

Selection and Promotion Plan.
10. Schools and Division Sub-Office shall post this Memorandum on their
respective website, FB pages, other media pages, and bulletin boards. The
Administrative Officer II in the central schools shall ensure the posting of this
Memorandum in their respective Municipal Public Employment Service Office. Proof
of posting such as pictures and screenshots of website / FB page / other media pages
shall be uploaded at https://tinyurl.com/Proof-of-Posting-PSDS-EPS-AO.
