ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT IN ENGLISH AND FILIPINO

SY 2022-2023

I. INTRODUCTION:

After an almost three years of delivering instruction through modules, learners are now formally
attending their class through face to face interaction with their teachers/mentors.
English and Filipino are important core subjects of K to 12 Curriculum for they broadens the minds,
develops emotional skills and improve the quality of life by providing job opportunities to learners.

II. ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

1. Pupil Development

1.1. Administered Pre-test in Phil-IRI and EGRA, Regional Diagnostic Test and First Periodical tests.
 1.2. Crafted the School Reading Program Implementation Plan to enhance the reading skills of every
learner.

1.3. Conducted different classroom-based reading activities for Reading Month.

1.4. Trained learners on the different categories for the 2022 District Press Conference which was held
on November 19, 2022. Eight (8) learners joined the contest and bagged the following awards:

1st Place in Editorial Writing Filipino – Mhaixell S. Roque

2nd Place in Feature Writing Filipino – Zaira Czarina O. Briones
3rd Place in Editorial Cartooning Filipino – Jhoharah Kyle Y. Sancha
3rd Place in Science and Technology Writing Filipino – Jesselle T. Umipig

2. Personnel Development

2.1. Three (3) teachers attended the District Training on Campus Journalism last November 11-12,
2022 at Talugtug West Central School and received the following awards in Best Outputs:

1st Place in Sports Writing Filipino – Milagros T. Sarsate

2nd Place in Science and Technology Writing Filipino – Milagros T. Sarsate
2nd Place in Editorial Writing Filipino – Milagros T. Sarsate
III. PICTORIALS

Learners and coaches as they received their awards on the 2022 District Press Conference

Training/writing sessions for the future journalists as preparation for District Press Conference
were guided and supervised by the coaches and School Head
