    This is to certify that the sub-project CONSTRUCTION OF BARANGAY


    ISOLATION UNIT WITH AMENITIES of Barangay Taguisa, Lebak, Sultan Kudarat is
    strictly implemented according to plan, specifications and sound engineering
    practice. The specifications of materials used for the said sub-project are closely and
    strictly followed.

    The certification is being issued as per supporting document to the Final Tranche
    Request for Fund Release (RFR).
